The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, featuring a nice bathroom with a good toilet, a very comfy bed, and even a dining table. 🛌.

Was a nice base for trip. Everything was good as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was quite small. The location was perfect and excellent, in the heart of the town, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, we were so close to the centre, JR train station, and convenience stores. The breakfast was RICH and delicious, with a good choice of meals.

the staff was friendly and outstandingly accommodating and helped with the private parking. big relaxing room, an individual safe, air conditioner, and an iron/ironing board were appreciated.

Breakfast was impressive, featuring a substantial selection of delicious food. the double room was well-maintained, making me feel right at home. the location was ideal—conveniently situated within a comfortable distance from Waves Indoor Waterpark. Plus, the airport was just 20 km away. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, amazing location not far from coffee shops, Kinosaki Onsen, and train station. Reasonably large and good sized rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle and a fridge. Good sleep in a very comfy bed.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kinosaki Onsen. the location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from the train station and close to all the attractions in town. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The room was so comfortable and they even provided makeup cleansing oil, which I didn't expect. Lastly, the staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to go back!

The staff's lack of English proficiency made communication very difficult. This was made worse by the lack of clear signage around the hotel, making it hard to navigate.
